4. Booking, Access and Preparation

• An adult must be present at the start of the appointment, or you must arrange access with us in advance.
• Please make sure our technicians can reach vents, returns, the furnace or air handler and the dryer. Please move fragile items and secure pets.
• If we cannot safely access the work area, we may need to reschedule and a call-out fee may apply.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6. Payment

8. Existing Damage and Conditions

Older, damaged or poorly installed ducts, vents, flex lines and appliances can be fragile. We take care while working, but we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faults or conditions that we did not cause. We will tell you if we see something that needs repair.

9. Service Concerns

If you are not happy with the work, contact us within [7 days] of the service. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, return to put it right. Please allow us the chance to fix a problem before you arrange for others to do so.
